Delivery Policy



      Domestic Delivery Policy

      Delivery Times


    • All goods are dispatched within 24-48 hours of payment except on weekends and public holidays
    • Purchasers may email or call us for tracking details on sales@carwear.com.au or 1300 663 505 if goods do no arrive within the time frame prescribed by the carrier (see below)

      Australia Post Regular (including receipted delivery) – Up to 7 working days

      Australia Post Express – Up to 3 working days

      TNT Road Express – Up to 7 working days

      TNT Overnight First Class – 1-2 working days

      Couriers (Melbourne Only) – 1-2 working days

    • The above delivery time estimates are provided on the basis that goods are purchased and paid for in full by the delivery cut-off times prescribed by the carrier (see below)

      Australia Post – 2:30pm

      TNT – 2:00pm

      Couriers – 10:00am

    • Carwear are not liable for any consequential loss incurred by purchasers as a result of receiving goods outside the carrier’s prescribed time window for delivery
    • Carwear is not liable to send replacement goods to purchasers in the event that goods are not received within the carrier’s prescribed time window for delivery
    • Carwear is not liable to refund purchasers in the event that goods are not received within the carrier’s prescribed time window for delivery

      Choice of carrier & service

    • If purchasers do not specify a carrier, Carwear may use the carrier of its choice

      Delivery Fees

    • Carwear is not liable for redelivery fees as a result of;

      a) purchasers not being present at the time of an attempted delivery; or

      b) purchasers failure to pickup an item from the carrier upon being notified of a unsuccessful delivery attempt by the carrier


      Damage & Loss

    • All goods are sent at purchasers risk
    • Carwear is not liable for goods damaged in transit
    • Postage insurance is available on TNT and Courier services ONLY
    • Postage insurance is not available on Australia Post services

      Returns
    • Carwear is not liable for any return costs associated with the return of goods unless incorrect goods have been sent to the purchaser by Carwear or the goods are being returned under ‘warranty’

      International Delivery Policy

      Australia Post Express Post International – Up to 25 working days

      TNT Economy Express – Up to 15 workings

      TNT Global Express – Up to 7 working days

    • The above delivery time estimates are provided on the basis that goods are purchased and paid for in full by the delivery cut-off times prescribed by the carrier (see below)

      Australia Post – 2:30pm

      TNT – 2:00pm

    • The above time estimates do NOT include customs processing time
    • Carwear are not liable for any consequential loss incurred by purchasers as a result of receiving goods outside the carrier’s prescribed time window for delivery
    • Carwear is not liable to send replacement goods to purchasers in the event that goods are not received within the carrier’s prescribed time window for delivery
    • Carwear is not liable to refund purchasers in the event that goods are not received within the carrier’s prescribed time window for delivery

      Customs Fees
    • Carwear is not liable for the payment of customs taxes or duties

      Delivery Fees
    • Carwear is not liable for the payment of any local delivery fees required for the release/delivery of goods
    • If goods are returned to Carwear by customs as a result of;

      a) the non-payment of customs taxes/duties,

      b) the goods not being claimed

      c) the goods being prohibited under local law

      d) any other failure of the purchaser to do anything required under local law for the goods to be released the purchaser is liable for the payment of any such fees associated with doing so and the cost of redelivery
