Carwear Refund Policy
- You are entitled to choose a refund OR repair OR exchange OR credit, if the products you’ve bought from us, are:
- (a) faulty
- (b) significantly different to those shown or described to you
- When you buy from us, you should choose carefully, as you will not automatically get a refund for simply changing your mind.
- If you pay a deposit for a purchase and subsequently change your mind, we will charge you a restocking fee of 30%, and will withhold the restocking fee from your deposit.
- Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase – this is required to assist us verify that the goods were purchased from us and the date of purchase.
